1. What is my bracelet, scarf, bag made of?
Every product has a detailed description of the composition on the product page in the shop.
2. Can I order my bracelet in different sizes?
Yes, all bracelets are produced in one size and can be individually adapted from 16 cm to 18 cm volume, but if you have extremely small wrist contact us for a custom order.
3. Can I have my bracelet assembled individually?
No, at the moment we do only custom changing on our models from the picture (changing like color, pendant, another kind of row in the model, but we don’t do complete new model by demand)

Yes, we do a custom order.

Go in our photo gallery and select a model (under model picture is a ref. like SS201001), fill contact form that is on the gallery, and we will send you the rest.
6. Can I change something on scarf or bag?
No, for now, we only do custom orders for bracelets.
7. Can I still order my bracelet when it is not available?
Yes, but only with changes of elements that are not available anymore, for more information contact us.
8. How long does it take until I get my ordered product?
We process the order (Monday – Sunday) and send the orders immediately with the post office. From the moment of handing over to the post office, the duration of the shipment will be determined according to the country from which you are.
9. In which countries you deliver and how long it takes to deliver?
For now, we only ship via Express Mail Service (EMS) to countries from their list. Delivery time depends on the country of delivery.

10. Can I specify a different delivery address?
Yes, it is possible to enter a delivery address different from the invoice in the checkout

11. What should I do if my bracelet is broken?
Please contact us by e-mailing so that can we clarify the possibilities.
12. What if I do not like my product?
Within 14 days from the delivery date, you have a right to return. Simply return the product unused and in the original package together with the delivered delivery note or the enclosed invoice to us. We would be delighted to receive short information about why you should return the goods to us.
13. How long do I have a return?
You have a 14-day return.
14. How do I return my order?
Items unsealed, original packed and sent adequately protected against transport damage to our company address. Please send the delivered invoice or the delivery note, with this we can guarantee a clean procedure. Attention Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
15. Does the product look like the photo in the online store?
Basically not, since our articles are photographed in a photo studio with artificial light, there may be small (fine) differences.
16. How do I care for my bracelet and what can I do to keep it as long as possible?
We recommend that you wipe the bracelet after wearing with a dry cloth and place it on the pillow in the supplied box. Close the box so that no humidity can penetrate.
17. Can I wear my bracelet while bathing?
No, our bracelets are not waterproof. We recommend removing the bracelets before bathing/showering. It is best not to take the bath or the shower because the high humidity promotes possible oxidation.
The price shown with the product does not include customs fee and local taxes that could occur in the country of the recipient. Please inform yourself about customs regulation in your country and contact your local customs office. We don’t control and cover these costs. In some cases, when your order goes through customs procedure, you may get information in notice form, with further instructions regarding paying customs fee in order finish delivery process. Please be aware of this notice and participation of customs service in delivery process. It also may affect on delay of your order.
